How does laser customize work?
Pick pieces → assign faces from Family profiles → approve the package → review each image → we laser, pack, and ship. Friends need parent consent OK. Ready-for-laser is not automatic when the last image is OK — you Send. For the shot itself, use photo tips that pass laser approval.
What is the free image pass?
One free pass covers up to 5 image changes or mood packs per laser project. After that: 3★ per tweak · 5★ mood pack. Stars never buy products.
Can friends and neighbors be on the set?
Yes — add them in Family profiles with consent OK. Without consent they stay blocked on Customize.
Stars & wallet
Can stars pay for toys at checkout?
No. Star credits are for laser image revisions only. Checkout stays money or gift cards. See Star wallet.
How do I top up stars?
Open Star wallet, pick a USD pack, and pay at checkout. The pack credits stars after payment — it is not tender for toys.
Orders & shipping
When does my custom order ship?
After you approve package + all images (and any paid revisions), the operator sends to laser → pack → ship from Los Angeles, CA 90024. USPS dollars at checkout wait on a developer key and a parcel weight. Track from Parent panel → Orders, or Track order with the RYD number and billing email.
Where do ready toys ship from?
Reydino, LLC, 10866 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 950, Los Angeles, CA 90024. That ZIP is the WooCommerce origin (client-declared). US checkout includes pickup at that address. We do not invent carrier dollars or “ships in X days.” Gift cards and star packs do not ship.
Where do I look up an order?
Signed-in parents use My Account → Orders. Guests use Track order with the RYD number from the confirmation email plus the billing email.

How do contests work?
Earn Enter-to-Win entries via purchase, review-with-media, gallery rights, referrals, and wheel bonuses. Entries are separate from Star wallet and loyalty points. None of those ledgers pay checkout. Prize fulfillment is ops. We do not publish a winner quote on the storefront.
Can wheel prizes be paid with stars?
No — prizes and stars never mix. One spin per UTC day. The prize is assigned from a table for this account, not a random lottery. Buy toys with money or a gift card.

Can I buy ready designs in volume?
Yes. Path A is the REYDINO catalog. If the design is already produced, there is no $850 plate. If it is not produced yet, the first heat-print plate is $850 (same at 100 or 300 units). Standard MOQ is 300; 100 is allowed at a higher unit price. Then 40% deposit, QC photos, ship.
Can I sell my own faces or brand on wood?
Yes — Path B. Upload your art. First run always adds a fixed $850 heat-print plate. MOQ 300, or 100 with a higher unit price. This is a factory carton, not the family laser gift on Customize. Reorder of the same art drops the $850.
Is wholesale the same as a custom gift for one child?
No. One birthday set stays on Laser customize. Wholesale is a factory run for boutiques, museums, and brands — cartons, deposit, China lead time. That cart is not the parent toy cart.
